Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Having new countertops fabricated and installed is an exciting milestone for any homeowner or business. If you’ve never gone through the process before, knowing what to expect at each stage will help things go smoothly and keep stress to a minimum.

Step 1: The Initial Consultation

Ut enim ad minim veniam, quis nostrud exercitation ullamco laboris nisi ut aliquip ex ea commodo consequat. Every project begins with a design consultation. During this session, you will discuss your material preferences, edge profiles, sink cutouts, and any special features like integrated backsplashes or custom shapes. This is your opportunity to ask every question.

Step 2: Template & Measurement

Duis aute irure dolor in reprehenderit in voluptate velit esse cillum dolore eu fugiat nulla pariatur. Precise measurements are the foundation of a perfect installation. Our templating technicians visit your home with laser measuring tools and digital templating equipment to capture every dimension of your space to within 1/16 of an inch.

Step 3: Fabrication in Our Shop

Excepteur sint occaecat cupidatat non proident, sunt in culpa qui officia deserunt mollit anim id est laborum. Once the template is approved, your chosen slab is cut, shaped, and finished in our fabrication facility. Our CNC machinery delivers precision cuts, and our craftsmen hand-finish every edge to achieve the exact profile you selected.

  1. Slab selection — view and choose your specific slab in person
  2. Digital file generation from template measurements
  3. CNC cutting and routing of all profiles and cutouts
  4. Hand-finishing and polishing of all exposed edges
  5. Quality inspection before scheduling delivery
  6. Packaging and transport to the job site

Step 4: Installation Day

Sed ut perspiciatis unde omnis iste natus error sit voluptatem accusantium doloremque laudantium. Our installation crew arrives with your completed countertops and all necessary tools and adhesives. Existing countertops are carefully removed, the base cabinets are leveled and shimmed as needed, and the new surfaces are set and secured.

What to Prepare Before Installation Day

  • Clear the countertops and remove all items from the cabinets beneath
  • Disconnect the plumbing under the sink (or arrange for a plumber)
  • Ensure clear pathway from the entry to the kitchen for slab transport
  • Plan for limited kitchen use for 24 hours after installation for adhesive cure time
  • Have your plumber scheduled to reconnect sink and faucet after installation

Nam libero tempore, cum soluta nobis est eligendi optio. From first consultation to final polish, Keystone Solid Surfaces manages every step of the process with precision and care — so you can enjoy your beautiful new countertops without the hassle.
