- The first Purchase Order (PO) must meet the 60 sqft minimum.
- Initial Rollout Exception: For the initial rollout of the ProVolume program, if a project is under 60 sqft, we will try to accommodate you if the Pro customer will have steady projects.
- Subsequent POs: Jobs with more than one template/installation phase must meet a minimum of 40 sqft each before a new template, production, or installation instance takes place.

Mileage Charges
Our mileage charges are calculated based on the total distance traveled for each trip, including both the journey to the job site and the return to your store. For each trip, the first 30 miles each way (60 miles round trip) are included at no charge. Any additional miles are charged at $4 per mile.
Example Calculation for Project in Dodge City Originating from Store 2204 in Wichita, KS:

- One-Way Distance: 153 miles
- Round-Trip Distance per Trip: 153 miles × 2 = 306 miles
- Number of Trips:
- Total Trips: 2 (templating and installation)
- Total Miles Traveled:
- Total Round-Trip Miles: 306 miles per trip × 2 trips = 612 miles
- Included Miles (No Charge):
- Included Miles per Trip: 60 miles (30 miles each way)
- Total Included Miles: 60 miles per trip × 2 trips = 120 miles
- Chargeable Miles:
- Total Chargeable Miles: 612 total miles – 120 included miles = 492 miles
- Total Mileage Charge:
- Charge: 492 chargeable miles × $4 per mile = $1,968
